Breakfast in bed from yesterday!
I cringe when I hear someone say “I had one egg for breakfast” or “oh, I had cereal and berries and milk” OR the worst thing to hear… “I had no breakfast at all”!
You have to remember to wake your system up and supply food after the 6-8 hour fast every night!! The best way to do so with weight loss in mind is getting a meal in with #protein and fat!
